What is the quality of this hair?
KAE LUX Hair extensions are made of 100% Premium Virgin hair and our hair strands are 100% cuticle aligned. Each bundle is machine sewn and double wefted. Our hair is sourced from one healthy, single donor and will never be mixed with low quality hair strands or synthetic fillers. All hair products sourced is put through a strict quality assurance process.
What is the origin of this hair?
KAE LUX Hair is sourced from East Asia. This general region has an abundant supply of healthy hair donors and all hair is sourced in a strict ethical manner.
How many bundles will I need?
The number of bundles needed depends on how much fullness you want and also the length of hair you desire. Add an additional bundle to the recommended list for added volume.
For a natural looks we recommend:
3 bundles for lengths 10” to 20”
4 bundles for lengths 22” to 26”
5 bundles for lengths 28” to 30”
How long will this hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, KAE LUX Hair extensions can last 3+ years. Make sure to treat your extensions as you would your natural hair for the best results. Please see our Hair Care page for further maintenance details.
Can this hair be heat styled and coloured?
Yes, KAE LUX hair can be flat ironed, or curled by hot tools and dyed to any colour or bleached to # 613. We do however, recommend using a heat protectant when using hot tools and having a professional hair colourist/stylist to do the colouring, in order to achieve your desired look without damaging the hair.
What is the return / exchange policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products and the industry we operate under, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges of any kind. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. ALL SALES AND DEPOSITS ARE FINAL.
Can changes be made to the order once it has been placed?
We cannot make any promises, however if there was an error with your order please send us an email at info@kaeluxhairco.com or Contact us here on our website immediately. If your order has not been processed yet, we will try our best to accommodate your desired change. Once the order is processed, no changes can be made.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 5 business days processing time for product orders and up to 10 business days for custom wig orders.
After processing, your order will be shipped out accordingly via Canada Post. Please see the approximated times of arrival:
For Canadian orders, allow 2-4 business days to receive
For U.S. orders, allow 3-8 business days to receive
For International orders, allow 8-10 business days to receive
