Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 5 business days processing time for product orders and up to 10 business days for custom wig orders.

After processing, your order will be shipped out accordingly via Canada Post. See the approximate times of arrival:

For Canadian orders, allow 2-4 business days to receive

For U.S. orders, allow 3-8 business days to receive

For International orders, allow 8-10 business days to receive

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages and/or any duty/taxes charged to you by customs. Once orders are released to Canada Post it is no longer within our control. 

We will try our very best to get your order shipped out to you as fast as we can however, there could be delays due to the postal system.
